Load Link Load Cell
Friday, 01 July 2005
The TLL series of Load Cells is designed for lifting and weighing in rugged or harsh environments. The cells are manufactured from high tensile carbon steel to an exacting specification.

They are simple to install and are matched to standard shackle sizes. The pulling hole at each end is belled in order to centralize the load and to minimise any torsional effects when the link is placed under load.

The cells are normally supplied with a MIL specification plug and socket; the whole instrument area is sealed to IP65. The load cells are available in a range from 1 to 50 tonnes; with a typical accuracy of 0.25% at full range output.

The links can be connected to any compatable electronics, but they are particularly suited to the DYS Portable Load Cell Readout type TR-200, which is designed for rugged or harsh environments.
