The TR-200 transducer readout is a completely portable, precision instrument that is ideally suited for the harshest of environments or in the laboratory. It is designed to accept a strain gauge based load cell or pressure transducer with an output of between 0.75 mVIV and 7.5mVlV at full range. It has a maximum display resolution of 1:19999 Standard features can be requested through the menu to select auto gain scaling, decimal point, fixed zeros and digital filtering. Zero and peak hold are available by single key presses.
The menu options offer the engineer the ability to tailor the instruments response to the application. Once these parame- ters are set, all the menu keys can be disabled to provide the user with the simplest of indicators ideally matched to the monitoring requirement. The TR-200 is able to remember not only 1 set of load cell parameters but up to 10, making it ideal for multi-transducer monitoring; the ability to go from one load cell to another and read directly in engineering units without the need for adjustment or calculation.
System expansion is available all within the TR-200 enclosure. This further enhances the units capabilities to provide RS-232 communication, data logging and printer interfacing.
The unit comes complete with battery charger and lightweight carrying case. Large cases can be supplied on request to house complete load cell kits.
